A little about me

Hello, my name is Hollie Jeffery and I am a qualified counsellor and psychotherapist in Leicester.

When life is overwhelming, taking part in therapy can be the first step to becoming your healthiest and happiest self. The therapeutic process can help you to understand more about yourself, your thoughts, and your emotions. I can offer a tailored experience for each client and provide a safe and calm space to talk.

I offer long or short-term therapy, based on your needs.

I am trained to MSc. level in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy. This means I combine a range of theories and techniques to inform my practice and to tailor the therapeutic experience to each client's individual needs. The modalities I integrate include attachment theory, the person centred approach and cognitive behavioural therapy. I have also trained in the theory and practice of compassion focused therapy.
