I offer face to face, telephone or online sessions in Anstey, Leicestershire. 

When considering therapy, I understand that finding the right therapist can feel daunting. It's important to find a therapist who you feel safe and compatible with and who will be able to effectively support you with the difficulties you're experiencing.
